Avatar supports videos from YouTube and Vimeo at this time. You can upload them in two locations: the product description or a section of the homepage.
If you'd like to add a video to your product description:
- Go to the product dashboard
- Select the video icon in the product description box
- Paste in the embedded snipped
If you'd like to add a video to the homepage:
- Go to the 'Online Store' section in your Shopify admin
- Select theme
- Click 'Customize' for Avatar
4. Click the 'Add Section' button and choose Video
5. Paste the video URL into the 'URL' setting:
